Jade tree designs and distributes exquisite and exclusive textiles. We're committed to quality and product development, by constantly updating and adding to our collection of custom luxury fibers.

Our products are hand made by men and women on the Tibetan Plateau that desire to see a culturally and economically sustainable business improve their lives and the livelihood of their families and community.

Back in the Seventies, a team of three men and their wives from the Ozark Mountains in Northwest Arkansas started off on a quest to Asia, to change the world.  They were motivated by the dire needs of the people of Tibet.  These men chose to develop a business around the core raw materials of the Tibetan Plateau - wool and yak - while desiring to keep ancient traditions of spinning and weaving alive.  Jade Tree has been using luxury fibers to create yarn, rugs, and home accessories for over a decade.  We focus on providing quality products and service while changing lives.

Our team is diverse - individuals from America, South Africa and the Tibetan Plateau work with skilled weavers and spinners around Qinghai Province.  Our fibers are hand combed, hand dyed and hand spun from the yaks and sheep that dwell in the Himalayan

Mountains of Tibet, where their existence serves as the main life source for herders across the Plateau.
